Hi, I’m Valerie Kerri (MSc, PMP). I’ve spent the last 15+ years leading programmes at the intersection of people, process, and technology - often in fast-changing environments like transformation, M&A-driven delivery, and complex enterprise implementations. In Zurich, I led the Project Management Practice at LzLabs and managed high-impact programmes for multinational clients, including large-scale supply chain and mainframe migration projects.  In London, I worked in teams supporting the development of software solutions for clients such as the NHS and Cancer Research UK. In Nigeria, I have working in Finance and Insurance, providing client solutions. 

 

My approach is people-first and results-focused: strong governance, clear priorities, and calm execution under pressure. I work with companies wanting to build operational structure, deliver programs, and implement go-to-market strategies in their current businesses and startups.

Outside of Project and Strategy work, I build and share. I am a public speaker, and I host The Valerie Kerri Show (Spotify/Apple Podcasts), where I talk about business, AI, and modern life. I also mentor women in technology through Wentors and Women in Tech Global, and I create practical resources for professionals building careers and lives across borders - especially between Switzerland and the UK. I wrote 'The JJC Handbook: Adapting to the UK with Ease' - a guide on relocation and adaptation for career professionals. I’m the founder of Onuli, an African Fashion support ecosystem.
